Emily Lamb
Emily has been practising Pilates for almost 20 years and teaching for six. Her discovery of the Pilates method was due to chronic jaw and back pain as a child but she has continued to value it as a teenager and adult.
After deciding to leave the corporate life and undertaking the full Comprehensive Training Course with BASI, Emily has built a strong passion for its system and the incredible results it provides. She operated a successful home-based boutique studio for over 5 years (until her young family needed the extra space) and now enjoys the opportunity to work alongside other BASI faculty.
Emily has participated in many courses such as Booty Barre, Rhythm Pilates, Pilates Kinesiology as well as several other workshops through BASI Pilates. She looks forward to constantly furthering her knowledge and learning from many inspiring Pilates specialists as well as sharing the BASI method with upcoming students.
Emily considers it an incredible honour to be a part of the BASI Pilates faculty team.
